The hotel was pleasant and exceptionally comfortable and in a central location. Studio apartment with four poster bed was the best. The staff was welcoming and pleasant all the time.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would happily return. The food was good and the bar was nice. This hotel was set in a central area near bus stop, shopping centre, and an attached conservatory. Besides, a kitchen museum was

The room was neat and modern and the bathroom was clean. Having a kettle, central heating, and an iron with ironing board was very convenient.

Newly renovated place, exceptionally comfortable beds, excellent staff. Particularly good and unbeatable location in a very quiet area, good for visiting Bath. Short walk to a bus stop, shopping centre, and an attached conservatory.  

We had a very comfortable stay thanks to hotel's very polite staff. The location was great, not far from an attached conservatory, shopping centre and a bus stop 5 minutes down the road and easily accessible. Also, Alexandra 

The room was modern and warm with 4 poster bed, and we slept very well. It had an electric kettle and glassware.

I really enjoyed the studio apartment with a four poster bed, cupboard space, for instance.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

The location was central, near to the city centre.

Overall it was brand-new and well furnished with a 4 poster bed. The staff was friendly efficient and helpful and solved our problems immediately. The location was handy in a central part of the Bath, just next door 

Brilliant central location near the communal areas, a shop and the bus stop. We booked studio apartment with garden view.

New-fashioned studio apartment was tidy. The hotel was in a central setting to the Bear pub. Besides, it was very close to the centre and local park.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, fairly clean and had satisfactory breakfast. My standard king room was perfectly clean and fantastic with four poster bed. I really enjoyed the staff, they were amiable 

Characterful property, friendly manager, convenient location with bus stop nearby, delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Tidy room with a ceiling fan.
